What are your Box Office hours?
The Paramount Theatre Box Office, located at 36 Center Street in Rutland, Vermont, is open Fridays from 11am-6pm and one hour prior to all main stage events. You can also leave a message at 802-775-0903 or email boxoffice(at)paramountvt.org. We check voicemail and email regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Heritage Family Online Box Office is open for ticket purchases tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I submitted my payment but I never saw a confirmation page.
If this has occurred, it is likely due to two reasons:
- You used an American Express. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are the only credit cards that we can process.
- The address on the credit card you used does not match the address on your account. For security purposes, these two addresses must match.
I ordered tickets, but I never received them in my email.
If you have a yahoo or aol email account, tickets tend to go to junk mail or spam. Please check that folder and then mark ParamountVt.org as a safe sender. You can email email@example.com to have your tickets resent if the spam folder has already cleared.
I bought Booking Protect when I purchased my tickets and now I am unable to attend the show. How do I get a refund?
Click here if you purchased Booking Protect and wish to request a refund. Refunds will be issued by Booking Protect via a bank transfer. You will need your order ID and total ticket cost when requesting a refund.
I bought my tickets from a ticket reseller. Are these tickets valid?
The Paramount Theatre does not participate with any ticket resellers and cannot guarantee the validity of tickets if purchased through a reseller.
