What are your Box Office hours?

The Paramount Theatre Box Office, located at 36 Center Street in Rutland, Vermont, is open Fridays from 11am-6pm and one hour prior to all main stage events. You can also leave a message at 802-775-0903 or email the Box Office. We check voicemail and email regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Heritage Family Online Box Office is open for ticket purchases tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

I am unable to place an online ticket order as I keep getting a message that says, “Unfortunately, the delivery method you suggested is no longer available…” I cannot select a different delivery method. 

Please try to place the order again using a different web browser. If you are still unable to order tickets, email the Box Office for the most timely assistance.

 

I submitted my payment but I never saw a confirmation page.

If this has occurred, it is likely due to two reasons:

  1. You used an American Express. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are the only credit cards that we can process.
  2. The address on the credit card you used does not match the address on your account. For security purposes, these two addresses must match.

 

I ordered tickets, but I never received them in my email.

Tickets sometimes end up in junk mail or spam. Please check that folder and then mark ParamountVt.org as a safe sender. You can email the Box Office to have your tickets resent if the spam folder has already cleared.

 

I bought insurance when I purchased my tickets and now I am unable to attend the show. How do I get a refund?

Click here if you purchased Booking Protect and wish to request a refund. Refunds will be issued by Booking Protect via a bank transfer. You will need your order ID and total ticket cost when requesting a refund.

Click here if you purchased XCover and wish to request a refund. You will need the details from your XCover confirmation email received at the time of purchase.

 

I bought my tickets from a ticket reseller. Are these tickets valid?

The Paramount Theatre does not participate with any ticket resellers. All third-party tickets are not guaranteed entry and we cannot confirm their validity prior to the time of entry.
