What are your Box Office hours?
The Paramount Theatre Box Office, located at 36 Center Street in Rutland, Vermont, is open Fridays from 11am-6pm and one hour prior to all main stage events. You can also leave a message at 802-775-0903 or email boxoffice@paramountvt.org. We check voicemail and email regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Heritage Family Online Box Office is open for ticket purchases tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I submitted my payment but I never saw a confirmation page.
If this has occurred, it is likely due to two reasons:
- You used an American Express. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are the only credit cards that we can process.
- The address on the credit card you used does not match the address on your account. For security purposes, these two addresses must match.
I ordered tickets, but I never received them in my email.
If you have a yahoo or aol email account, tickets tend to go to junk mail or spam. Please check that folder and then mark ParamountVt.org as a safe sender. You can email boxoffice@paramountvt.org to have your tickets resent if the spam folder has already cleared.
I bought Booking Protect when I purchased my tickets and now I am unable to attend the show. How do I get a refund?
Click here if you purchased Booking Protect and wish to request a refund. Refunds will be issued by Booking Protect via a bank transfer. You will need your order ID and total ticket cost when requesting a refund.
