Consistent with the latest CDC guidance and following consultation with public health experts, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or provide proof of vaccination/negative PCR test.

If a patron is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID, we ask that they contact the Box Office to learn of options available to them.

These policies are subject to change at any time. Please continue to check back for updated policies before you arrive at the venue for your show.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout The Paramount during performances.

There will be secure, contactless ticket scanning for 2021 and beyond, which will reduce physical touch points as you enter the theatre. You are encouraged to arrive with your ticket on a smart device for ease of entry. Paper tickets will also be scannable.

Paper programs will no longer be distributed. Instead, guests are encouraged to use their smart device to scan the QR code on the seatback in front of them to access that event’s digital program.

All high touch areas are cleaned with an approved disinfectant before and after all events. This includes seats, seatbacks and armrests – all of which are electrostatically “misted” using specialized equipment that adds an electrostatic charge to the disinfectant, allowing it to wrap surfaces with an effective and even coverage. Charged particles envelop all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical, and underneath.

GET VACCINATED: The Paramount encourages all eligible patrons to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines are free, safe, and effective, and currently available for everyone ages 5 and older. For more information about the vaccine or how to schedule a vaccine appointment, please visit
