March Madness

Gallery Opening

Many media, methods and materials will be on display in the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center March Madness show at the Brick Box gallery at the Paramount Center in Rutland beginning March 14, 2008. The exhibition of recent on-the-wall works by Carving Studio and Sculpture Center artists runs through April 6. Friday, March 14 is the date for the opening reception, in conjunction with the Rutland Arts Alive Art Hop, 5-8 PM.

Charles Austin and Leah Csiszar will create a window installation titled "Spirit Houses." Other planned participants include Hakan Brosnan, Fran Bull, Barbara Carris, Carol Driscoll, Patrick Farrow, Gary Humphreys, Whit Humphreys, Jonathan LaFarge, Chris Mathewson, Persi Narvaez, David Nettleton, Don Ramey, Meghan Rigali, Michael Stimpfel, Mike Winslow and more.

The reception will feature light refreshments and music on vintage vinyl, spun by D.J. "Tio Barba."

Opening Reception March 14, 5:00-8:00pm.
